Who issues the deck permit where
The first question on any deck in Northern Colorado is which office handles it. Inside a city or town it's that municipality; outside town limits it's Larimer County, or Weld County east of the county line. Addresses can mislead: a Fort Collins mailing address can sit in unincorporated Larimer County, and Windsor and Berthoud each spill across into Weld.
